Youth development

We support youth development, and our programmes aim to help young people develop self-esteem and leadership skills:

• Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland supports national Daughters Day and invites employees children to accompany their parents for one working day
• HR Business Partner runs interview training ssession with students at schools in the neighbourhood as preparation for their professional life
• Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland invites school classes to roadshows, presentations and plant visits
• Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland educates approximately 24 apprentices (age 15-19) in informatics, logistics, design (advertising techniques), commercial and laboratory techniques
